Shipping & Payment Information

1. What are my payment options?

We accept all major cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay for an easier checkout experience.

2. What is the shipping time?

Shipping time will vary depending on your destination. It’ll typically be 3-5 business days for orders within the continent US. For international orders, time will range anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout.

3. Do you have an express shipping service?

Yes. We offer you express shipping options with and extra cost. Please check your options at checkout

4. Could I cancel my order?

Yes but cancelation may not be available if the order was already shipped. If it’s not shipped yet, it can be canceled. Otherwise, there will be a restocking fee since we had to pay to get the item to you.

5. How long does it take to get my order shipped out?

Our goal is to ship out orders within the same day if it was placed before 3PM; otherwise, it will be shipped out the next day; at which point you will be provided with the tracking info. This applies to items that are in stock. Please check product listing for details on when they are estimated to ship out. 

6. What are the conditions for free shipping?

Free shipping is valid on standard shipping only and in the contiguous United States. It’s not available in Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.

7. Could I request a special order?

We take special orders for customized items, the cost will be depending on the requirements, size, and how quickly the customer wants to get it. Returns and Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return your unopened item within 30 days, just pay shipping.

9. What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges aren’t possible unless the item was damaged in shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

10. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

You can contact us for damaged item claims we will handle the claim process with the carrier.

If you want to buy the product wholesale there is a minimum order quantity and we can arrange the freight shipping or you can do so. Please contact us for more info.
